There are angry locals talking of rebellion. And a desperate thug seeks to kill a hag by dawn.

The characters are fugitives looking for somewhere to hide for the night. One or more characters is currently is carrying a disease.
It is at a cave complex which is associated with a power of the moon.
There are a gang of wererats preparing for a feast. And a hag is looking for a soul to complete a ritual.
