Gooseberry and Almond Tart: Dessert shortcrust pastry acts as a base for sugared gooseberries and almonds with a heavy dose of brandy.
Miner’s Pie: A very thick crust encloses pork sausages, beef and chicken with a goodly supply of cheese to bulk it out.
Blueberry Pie: A sharp pie made from blueberries.
Lime Tart: On a crushed biscuit base is a topping of lime juice, lime rind and some sort of cream.

Strigany Lemon Pie: This pie contains a layer of chopped lemons still with the rind, topped by a sugary sauce.
