The characters are brave criminals who must escort a wagon through the wilderness. Two of the characters are former friends.

At some point a prisoner escapes.
As the adventure progresses objects start to talk

The PCs are all monsters of the same type who must defeat their mentors. Two of the characters have fallen in love. The mood might be... relaxed
There is a ruthless priest who falls in love with a character. they are part of same organisation as a character.
The characters start at a burning tavern. Early on there is a wedding. If things get stuck there is a strong wind.
Afterwards there is a religious ritual. Possible sequel... one or more characters start having dreams related to a monster from the adventure

The PCs are are scarred activists who must investigate a haunted mansion. The mood might be... tense
There is a well-dressed group of orcs who turns out to be the villain.
The characters start on a sinking vessel. Early on they meet a lover of a character. If things get stuck a chase starts.
It finishes with one character narrating about all of the others.

The characters are infamous leaders of a religion or temple who must slay a lucky werewolf. Two of the characters have fallen in love.
It is at a pretty magical laboratory which is associated with a mysterious ghost.
There are ogres looking for a ghost. And an evil general wants to make a possessed wheel.
At some point a chase starts.
As the adventure progresses a portal slowly starts to open
